Check the fi t of the wheel on the landing gear strut. It
may be necessary to use a 9/64-inch (4mm) drill bit
to carefully drill the bushings so the wheel spins freely
on the axle.

bur on them from the factory. If the wheel is
hard to install, use a file to remove this bur.

Use an M3.5 wheel collar to secure the wheel in position
by tightening the setscrews onto the axle using a 1.5mm
hex wrench.
Schieben Sie das Rad auf die Achse und sichern
diese mit einem dem 3,5mm Stellring. Drehen Sie
die Madenschraube des Stellrings mit einem 1,5mm
Inbusschlüssel fest.
Glissez la roue sur l’axe. Une bague de diamètre 3.5m
est utilisée pour maintenir la roue en position, fi xez la
bague en serrant la vis sans tête à l’aide d’une clé BTR
de 1.5mm.

Slide a M3.5 aluminum wheel spacer on the axle, then
the wheel with adapters. Apply a drop of light machine oil
to the axle so the wheel can spin freely.

Check the operation of the nose gear retract using the
radio system. The nose gear door is precut to fi t from
the factory but some minor sanding and trimming me be
needed for fi nal fi t. Use a hobby knife or rotary tool with
a sanding drum for clearance.
