Î Before mixing any epoxy, make sure to

read through and understand the following

steps. It is important to perform these

steps before the epoxy fully cures.

Slide the spar into the spar pocket of the wing, making

sure it is oriented correctly. Use a paper towel and

rubbing alcohol to remove any excess epoxy from the

wing and spar.

Schieben Sie den Verbinder in den Schlitz der Tragﬂ äche

ein. Stellen Sie sicher, dass er richtig herum in der

Î Epoxy will ooze out from the spar pocket of

the wing. If epoxy does not ooze out, not enough

epoxy was used to glue the spar into the wing.

Mix 1/2 ounce (15mL) of 15-minute epoxy. Apply the

epoxy to the spar pocket of the wing using a mixing stick.

Apply epoxy to the front, back, top and bottom of the

spar where it ﬁ ts into the wing.

Mischen Sie 15ml von 15 Minuten Epoxy an. Geben

Sie Epoxy mit einem Mischstäbchen in den Schlitz des



Before the epoxy cures, slide the wing into position

against the fuselage. Keep the wing tight against the

fuselage until the epoxy fully cures. You can use a 9/64-

inch ball driver to lightly tighten the screws to secure

the wing joiner in the fuselage. With the wing held tight

at the leading edge, tighten the M2.5 x 10 self-tapping

screw using a #1 Phillips screwdriver to secure the pin

at the leading edge. Use low-tack tape to hold the wing in

position until the epoxy has cured.

Bevor das Epoy ausgehärtet ist, schieben Sie

die Tragﬂ ächen an den Rumpf. Sie können die

Befestigungsschrauben der Fläche mit einem 9/64

Inbusschlüssel etwas anziehen und die vordere M 2.5

x 10 selbschneidene Schraube die den Stift sichert

festdrehen. Sichern Sie die Tragﬂ äche mit Kreppband bis

das Epoxy vollständig ausgehärtet ist.

position en appui contre le fuselage. Gardez l’aile plaquée

contre le fuselage jusqu’à la ﬁ n du séchage. Vous pouvez

utiliser une clé à boule 9/64 pour serrer légèrement les

vis de blocage de la clé d’aile. Avec l’aile bien plaquée

contre le fuselage au niveau du bord d’attaque, serrez la

vis auto-taraudeuse M2.5x10 en utilisant un tournevis

cruciforme #1 pour ﬁ xer le téton du bord d’attaque.

Utilisez de l’adhésif de masquage pour maintenir l’aile en

position durant le séchage de la colle Epoxy.

Prima che la colla si indurisca, mettere l’ala in posizione

contro la fusoliera tenendola ferma ﬁ nchè la colla non

è asciutta. Stringere leggermente le viti che ﬁ ssano gli

attacchi dell’ala alla fusoliera. Con l’ala tenuta stretta

sul bordo di entrata, stringere le viti autoﬁ lettanti da

M2,5x10mm per ﬁ ssare il perno al bordo di entrata.

Usare del nastro a bassa adesività per tenere l’ala in

posizione intanto che la colla si asciuga.
